Fred hill Training Complex
Rutgers will be participating in a co-ownership lease of approximately 60,000 square feet of theater space in this project, which includes two state-of-the-art theaters, dedicated rehearsal studios, classrooms, and offices. Atop this new theater complex will be a tower that will provide 250 residential apartments. The initiative will also include the construction of a new 400-car parking facility. Opening summer 2019.

RWJ Barnabas Health Athletic Performance Center

Pharmacy building addition
This 125,000 square-foot building will provide state-of-the-art practice facilities for our basketball, gymnastics, and wrestling teams. The building will also include spaces for strength and conditioning, nutrition, and coaches’ offices. A “Hall of Fame” spirit shop and training table will operate off the main public entry lobby. A parking structure that can accommodate approximately 555 parking spaces will occupy the project’s Road E frontage. Opening summer 2019.

Richard Weeks Hall of Engineering
This 104,000 square-foot project is the signature “Engineering Gateway” of the Busch campus. The building will feature an advanced infrastructure of classrooms, laboratories, and common spaces to facilitate key research and educational advancements. Opening fall 2018.

The existing Braun Wing of the Waksman Institute of Microbiology will be getting a 10,500 square-foot addition that will feature state-of-the-art laboratory and research space. Opening spring 2019.
